Nord University Business School

Nord University Business School has since February 2000 had the right to award doctorates.

The doctoral program – which represents the teaching of the highest scientific level – is a natural continuation of and completion of studies at HHN.

The doctoral program is primarily intended to qualify for research and development activities, but also for other work in the community that require understanding of scientific methods and results.

Through education, the students acquire academic depth in the business management field, and could put the subject into a larger framework.

In addition, the student will have knowledge of current methods of discipline and be able to master at least one of these on the application level. In April 2011 the total of 30  students are awarded Ph.D. degree by the business school.

These include research work in various business management topics.
